Oak Park Avenue Realty expands
Oak Park Avenue Realty, a Mack Companies affiliate, is expanding its real estate services to include the sales and leasing needs. The agency previously handled transactions solely for the Mack real estate-related family of companies.
Oak Park Avenue Realty in Tinley Park is a licensed full service real estate brokerage that provides leasing, selling, buying and property management services to real estate owners throughout Illinois.
The expansion announcement was made by Victor Gutierrez, managing broker and executive director of Oak Park Avenue Realty, who will spearhead the expansion.
Gutierrez has an 18-year background as a specialist in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors. He has trained, managed and mentored more than 230 brokers and has been responsible for $350 million in assets sold. His expertise includes the sale of single-family homes, multifamily homes, commercial real estate, mixed use properties, condominiums, townhouses, luxury estates, office space, farms, vacant land and time sharing.

The present team at Oak Park Avenue Realty includes specialists in leasing, brokerage and property management. The agency is equipped to handle the sale of a complete portfolio of property types. These specialists include two brokers who are in the top 1 percent in sales with the Chicago Association of Realtors.
