Liberty Property Trust adds three new tenants

ELK GROVE VILLAGE - Liberty Property Trust has signed leases with three new tenants in the Illinois-Wisconsin region, bringing its occupancy rate to 97 percent.

The company has also inked a lease renewal with Office Depot for 385,344 square feet at 515 Kehoe Blvd. in Carol Stream.

Liberty signs agreements with three new tenants, bringing two more of its properties to 100 percent leased:

• AmLED Technologies, Inc. will occupy 38,649 square feet at 1035 North Hilltop Drive in Itasca.

• PSC Industrial Outsourcing, LP signed a lease for 25,631 square feet at 1071 Thorndale Ave. in Bensenville, which is now fully occupied.

• Stanley Black and Decker's agreement for 12,263 square feet at 901 South Route 53 in Addison brings the property to 100 percent leased.

Liberty Property Trust owns 51 buildings offering approximately 13 million square feet of space in the Chicago/Milwaukee corridor. Property is concentrated throughout the O'Hare submarket, I-55 corridor, the Aurora/I-88 submarket and the Minooka/Elwood/I-80 corridor, central DuPage, as well as in southeastern Wisconsin.
