Inland sells 5 parcels
OAK BROOK - Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Consulting Inc. said it has closed on the sale of five individual properties, with a combined total of about 50 acres on behalf of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joliet. The properties, part of a 30-property portfolio, include the former Roman Catholic Chancery & Tribunal complex in Joliet, and land parcels in southwest suburban Frankfort, University Park, Channahon and Romeoville.
Proposed developments for the parcels include separate retail, single-family residential and assisted living uses.
Eric Spiess, vice president, Paul Montes, vice president, and Paul Rogers, president of Inland Brokerage & Consulting, represented the Diocese of Joliet in the five transactions.
"We hope to close the remaining properties so the Diocese can turn unused real estate into usable capital to further their mission," said Spiess.
