Chicagoland Building completes Deerfield project

Chicagoland Building Contractors recently completed a 1,500 square foot addition to an 11,000 square foot space in Deerfield.

The project is part of The Cadwell's Corner strip mall at Lake Cook and Waukegan Road designed by Torch Architecture and owned by Horizon Realty. Three new tenant spaces were created facing the high traffic intersection.

The strip mall houses Club Champion Golf, which CBCI recently completed. We welcomed the opportunity to work in the Deerfield Community again. The newly renovated space was home to the Deerfield Library that was vacant for over a decade. At this time the property owners are aggressively marketing the available retail suites.
