Red Caffeine marketing firm's conference room is in need of some attention

Red Caffeine is a growing marking company and it's running out of meeting and conference space.

In the last three years, the company has grown from 8 to 24. Culture and communication are important to the company as, so twice per week they bring the entire team together to discuss topics. These meetings used to take place in a small conference room which barely accommodated 10 people. Now, they squeeze in the front of the office. It takes more than an hour to set up as they have to move tables, pull chairs from all over the office. The space is also used as a secondary conference room when the other one is booked. However, the space opens up to the general desk area. This provides no privacy for those in the meeting, and is really disruptive for those working at their desks. "We desperately need a solution," said Clarissa Johnstone, art director at the Lombard company.

She said the make shift area is uncomfortable and put together with furniture that is aging and not suitable anymore.

"The chairs are losing their hardware and the tables are super wobbly," Johnstone said.

She jokes that many cups of coffee have spilled due to the tables.
