Turk, Gross join Landmark Partners

Landmark Partners, based in Schaumburg, recently hired Thomas Turk and Eugene "Bud" Gross to the company.

Turk joins Landmark Partners as senior vice president. With over 34 years of brokerage experience, Turk has exclusively represented and negotiated over 700 transactions nationally for Fortune 500 companies, law firms, pharmaceutical companies and health care providers. As a previous leader of national accounts and corporate advisory services, Turk has directed teams of commercial real estate professionals earning him multiple industry awards.

Gross joins Landmark Partners as director of investment services. As a former chief financial officer and director of investments for multiple national mutual insurance companies, Gross has successfully participated in countless commercial real estate transactions and investor relations. In addition to his real estate brokers license, Gross holds a CPA designation, which is evident in his financial projections of properties and extraordinary client representation.
