Bartlett Tree Experts acquires H.A. Morrison Arborist
GRAYSLAKE - Bartlett Tree Experts has acquired Wilmette-based H.A. Morrison Arborist Inc., which has served North Shore communities of Cook and Lake counties for 68 years.
Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Bartlett Tree Experts, founded in 1907 by Francis A. Bartlett, and H.A. Morrison Arborist, founded in 1949 by H.A. Morrison, have both been family-owned and operated companies since their inception and share similar client-focused philosophies. Thomas Morrison, owner of Morrison Arborist, will work closely with Bartlett to ensure a smooth transition to the new ownership.
