More al fresco dining approved in Arlington Heights

More al fresco dining is coming to downtown Arlington Heights this spring.

The village board last week approved license agreements with two more restaurants seeking permission for outdoor dining on the public sidewalk.

Egg Harbor Cafe, 140 E. Wing St., plans to install six tables outside, screened from the street by planters. Mago Grill and Cantina, 107 and 115 W. Campbell St., plans to put up 14 tables outside its main building entrance.

Last month, the board gave permission to Armand's, 101 W. Campbell St., and Carlos & Carlos Ristorante, 27 W. Campbell St., for outdoor dining.
