Bellino named executive chef at Cantigny
Frank Bellino has been named executive chef at Cantigny Park and Cantigny Golf in Wheaton, KemperSports announced.
Bellino joined Cantigny 17 years ago, serving most recently as executive sous chef. He will oversee a culinary and kitchen staff of 35 that handle Cantigny's food and beverage operations, including Le Jardin and Bertie's Café at Cantigny Park, and the Red Oak Room and Fareways Grill at Cantigny Golf.
"Frank is passionate about the culinary arts and his talent is enjoyed every day by our customers," said Terry Hanley, Cantigny Golf general manager. "From individual meals to banquets with more than 200 guests, his commitment to excellence never waivers."
A Chicago native, Bellino now lives in Aurora with his wife, Diane.
Northbrook-based KemperSports oversees Cantigny's golf and food service operations.
