New bank coming to Geneva

STC Capital Bank is planning to open a branch this summer in Geneva.

The progressive 5 Star bank announced it has received regulatory approval to open a branch at 9 N. 3rd St. in downtown Geneva, just around the corner from Starbucks. This new branch compliments their two St. Charles locations and a branch in Caputo's Fresh Market in South Elgin.

Tony Sisto, STC Chairman of the Board stated, "We are excited to offer the Geneva community a new way of banking based on principles that have withstood the test of time … hard work, creative solutions and the belief the customer comes first. We pride ourselves on being locally grown, locally owned and locally managed, which is a unique benefit to our clients."

STC offers an array of financial solutions including free checking, personal savings & CD options, full service mortgages and commercial banking.

STC Capital Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of STC Bancshares, Corp., and is an Equal Housing Lender and member of the FDIC.
