Silver Cross announces medical staff appointments

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox recently announced the following staff appointments:

• Humera Baig, D.O., board certified radiology physician, has joined the Silver Cross Medical Staff. Dr. Baig attended medical school at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. She completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Southern Illinois University Hospital in Springfield; and an abdominal body imaging fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. • Justin Danek, M.D., board certified anesthesiology physician, has joined the Silver Cross Medical Staff. Dr. Danek attended medical school at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, NE. • Shelly Flais, M.D., board certified pediatrics physician, has joined the Silver Cross Medical Staff. Dr. Flais attended medical school at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago.
