Kristen is an experienced facilitator and has traveled the country providing cultural competency workshops to students and higher education professionals.

She is a member of the 2017-2018 Indiana Emerging Leaders Project. Since 2014, she has served on the board of directors of Saint Mary's College Alumnae Association. "As a firm, we believe in constantly challenging ourselves to provide the best possible client service and a workplace our attorneys and staff can feel great about," said Steve Humke, chief managing partner of Ice Miller. "Research shows inclusive workplaces allow a diversity of perspectives and analyses on client issues, which lead to better outcomes for our clients. Kristen's impressive experience in leading diversity and inclusion programs, as well as her personal passion for the subject matter, will have a profound effect on making sure we are a leading law firm for diversity and inclusion."
