Hospitality expo takes place Thursday in Hoffman Estates

Hundreds of people are expected to attend the Daily Herald Business Ledger's final hospitality Expo of the year Thursday, Nov. 9.

The event takes place from 3 to 7 p.m. at Stonegate Conference & Banquet Centre, 2401 W. Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates.

The annual event has become a popular one-stop marketplace for businesses and professional event planners to see what's available locally, keep in touch with new trends and book what's needed for events or meetings. It is designed to give ideas to those planning a corporate event, meeting, luncheon, dinner, conference, retreat or holiday party.

About 75 area vendors representing suburban hotels, caterers, meeting sites and entertainment options make themselves available.

An array of food and drink samples are provided at the event that attracts hundreds of visitors.

It is free to attend the event, but registration is required at dhbusinessledger.com/special-events/hospitality-expos/.

The other Business Ledger held other hospitality expos at Abbington Banquets in Glen Ellyn in October and at the Tinley Park Convention Center at the end of August.
