CCU names four to new management positions

Consumers Credit Union, based in Waukegan recently appointed Cheryl Kubas, John Russo, Ivona Guziorek and Jessica Regalado to new management positions

Kubas was named Vice President of Talent Management. She joined the credit union in June 2017 after a human resources career that included such companies as Aon and Hewitt Associates. As the first VP of Talent Management, Kubas is charged with driving the talent management strategy while leading the Human Resources Department for the Member-owned credit union. The University of Iowa graduate currently resides in Grayslake with husband Mike and their three children.

Russo was named regional manager - member experience, He oversees the credit union's six northern locations, where he is responsible for the performance and development of all service center managers, helping them strengthen their team of front line staff in areas such as delivery, relationship building, operations and sales. Russo brings 20-plus years banking and financial services experience with him. The Carthage College graduate lives in Huntley, along with wife Wendy and their two boys.

Guziorek is the new Palatine Service Center Manager. She joined CCU in August 2017, bringing experience as an assistant branch manager with JPMorgan Chase. As Palatine's member experience manager, Guziorek is responsible for all operational aspects, including hiring and developing her staff in order to provide exemplary service and enhance the member experience. The Dominican University graduate currently lives in Schiller Park.

Regalado was promoted to Schaumburg Service Center Manager. She joined Consumers Credit Union in 2014 as an assistant member experience manager. Regalado brought a wealth of financial service experience to her new position from Associated Bank, where she was a teller supervisor, and from Chase, serving as sales and service associate. She is a graduate of Streamwood High School and still makes her home in that community.
