Venture One hires Cali as development services chief

Venture One Real Estate, based in Rosemont, has hired Jeff Cali as vice president, development services.

Cali will work with Venture One's development team and will be directly involved with all aspects of the firm's development projects.

He was most recently an associate vice president at Aurora University, where he led all construction, maintenance, strategic/master planning and physical plant management for the university's main and auxiliary campuses. Prior to Aurora University, Jeff was a project superintendent for seven years with Krusinski Construction Company. He also held project estimating and management positions with Nicor Gas and with MTI Construction Services.

Cali received a Master of Business Administration from Aurora University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
