EEI's Schweisthal earns P.E. license

Michael Schweisthal of Engineering Enterprises Inc. in Sugar Grove has passed the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam and has earned the title of Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois.

Schweisthal is a 2010 graduate of Bradley University in Peoria with a BS in civil engineering with an environmental concentration. He has been with EEI for three years and is an integral part of the civil group with specific expertise on elevated water storage tank projects. He is also a National Association of Corrosion Engineers Certified Coating Inspector Level I, which gives him the basic knowledge of coating materials and techniques for surface preparation and application on steel substrates.

The P.E. license is the engineering profession's highest standard of competence, regulated by the State in the interest of supporting integrity within the profession and public safety. It is a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality

With his P.E. licensure, Schweisthal joins 20 other licensed professional engineers at EEI. In addition, he has also been promoted to Senior Project Engineer I status within the organization.

Schweisthal currently resides in North Aurora.
