Holly Hunt furniture designer inks long term lease

ML Realty Partners in Itasca announced a 210,315 square foot, long-term lease with Holly Hunt Enterprises Inc. at 9450 Sergo Drive in McCook.

Holly Hunt Enterprises is a designer and manufacturer of high-end furniture, lighting products, textiles and leather products. This building is ideal for their expansion due to the McCook area labor force, location to several major highways and convenient access to the city of Chicago.

"ML Realty Partners is excited to welcome Holly Hunt as a valued client to our building," stated Patrick Shannon, vice president of ML Realty Partners.

Vern Schultz and Mike Senner of Colliers International represented Holly Hunt Enterprises and Jason West, Sean Henrick and Larry Goldwasser of Cushman & Wakefield represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.

ML Realty Partners is a long-term real estate investor who focuses on both the acquisition and development of industrial real estate in the Central United States.
