Assisted living, memory care community opens in Naperville

Capitol Seniors Housing, a senior living investment and development firm, has opened a new assisted living and memory care community - Arbor Terrace Naperville - in Naperville.

The $27 million, 74,256-square-foot community has 95 residential suites. Arbor Terrace Naperville is located at 2920 Leverenz Road in the Cantore Place development.

"Capitol Seniors Housing and The Arbor Company are proud to offer a new, state-of-the-art senior living community to seniors and their families in the Naperville area," said Scott Stewart, managing partner of Capitol Seniors Housing.

Arbor Terrace Naperville offers numerous amenities desired by today's senior adults and designed to foster socialization and engagement, including a fireside living room, library, theater, and sunrooms. Dining options include a restaurant, private family dining room, and a casual cafe and bistro lounge. Additional amenities include a creative art studio, salon and spa, and a wellness and fitness room. The interior, designed by Dallas-based Faulkner Design Group, features furniture softly accentuated with the colors of blues and greens.

In addition to Arbor Terrace Naperville, Capitol Senior Housing also has other holdings in the area, including Atria Glenview, an 83-suite senior living community under construction in Glenview targeted to open in late 2018. The company also owns The Summit of Uptown in Park Ridge, a 147-suite community operated by Arbor Company which offers independent living, assisted living and memory care.
