Olive Garden restaurants unveil new look

Olive Garden said it has completed the remodels of several of its area restaurants.

Built between 1988 and 1994, the locations now feature updated artwork, fabrics, materials, lighting, seating and flooring, as well as the new Olive Garden logo.

Locally, restaurants that were renovated are at 332 W. Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale, 800 N. 8th St. in West Dundee and 3785 E. Main St. in St. Charles

"We've maintained what people love about us while reflecting a more contemporary design," said Tom Nadel, senior vice president of operations for Olive Garden. "Whether guests are enjoying a classic favorite or trying one of our newest menu items, we've already received an outstanding response."

As part of an ongoing commitment to give back to the community, the restaurants donated furnishings to various local Habitat for Humanity ReStore outlets. Since 2010, Olive Garden restaurants nationwide have donated more than $460,000 in furnishings to local Habitat for Humanity ReStore outlets, which relies on funds to build Habitat homes in local communities.
