A 20,500-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building known as Governor's Plaza sold at 2260 W Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates in an off market transaction.
Olivia Czyzynski and Jennifer Hopkins of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the out of state seller and Zishan Alvi of Sky High Real Estate represented the buyer. The property sold for $2,432,250. The property was 60 percent occupied at the time of the sale and was sold as an investment property. The buyer was interested in this property after receiving specific target marketing materials from SVN.
