Plexus Groupe in Deer Park acquires HR services firm
The Plexus Groupe LLC, a privately held national insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm with its own international network, announced today it acquired Benefitdecisions Inc., a Chicago-based employee benefit consulting and human resource services firm.
Founded in 2001 by CEO Mark Matuscak, Benefitdecisions offers global solutions in benefits administration and enrollment, corporate wellness, employee benefits brokerage/consulting and human resource consulting. Benefitdecisions will be re-branded and operate as Plexus.
