Two attorneys join Drost Kivlahan McMahon & O'Connor

Drost Kivlahan McMahon & O'Connor LLC recently welcomed Benjamin S. Van Airsdale and Katherine M. Johnson to the law firm.

Van Airsdale graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016 and previously worked as in-house corporate counsel for Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Van Airsdale's practice areas include corporate transactions, business law, secured lending and capital funding, and estate and business succession planning.

Johnson graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2019. She joined DKMO on a part-time basis this summer while preparing to take the Illinois Bar Exam. Johnson was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association earlier this month and now concentrates in corporate transactions.

To accommodate this growth, the firm completed an expansion into the adjacent space at 15 S. Dunton Ave, Arlington Heights. The new wing includes three offices, a conference room, and several work areas.
