ROLLUP warehouse concept opens in Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE - BECO Management recently celebrated the launch of its new warehouse space in Libertyville - and introduce to introduce ROLLUP, a concept that offers small and medium-sized warehouse spaces on demand - at Innovation Park, 1930 Innovation Way.

Run by BECO Management, ROLLUP offers convenience and scalability of warehouses, ranging from 500 to 3,000 square feet, that include amenities such as conference rooms, kitchen/coffee area, photo studio, shipping area, equipment, and shared loading docks.

"The ROLLUP concept appeals to high energy entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses," said co-founder Levi Cohen. "This include e-commerce sellers, artists, florists, creators, and those who specialize in apparel, fashion and beauty products."

Virginia Manzella of Mundelein has been selected as community manager and will be overseeing the needs of the tenants and day to day operations. It is the second location of ROLL-UP to launch with several others in development.
