Lee & Associates of Illinois announced Tom Boyle, SIOR, has been promoted to principal.
Boyle joined the Rosemont-based agency in early 2018 and specializes in industrial real estate. He is a licensed broker in Illinois and Wisconsin, where he works primarily on projects that involve new construction and land development.
Since 1992, he has managed a variety of real estate projects, from development to tenant representation and leasing. He has completed transactions in all of Chicago's submarkets.
Boyle is active in a number of industry and non-industry associations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), where he currently serves on the board of directors as President of the Chicago chapter. He is also a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) of which he was a past president.
Additionally, he has a long history of active participation in several fundraising and nonprofit activities. Tom began his career developing low income housing at a nonprofit, neighborhood development organization, Peoples Housing in Chicago. He is also a founding partner of the Chicago Community Loan Fund.
