USA Global Logistics leases Bloomingdale building

USA Global Logistics LLC has leased 255 Madsen Drive, Bloomingdale, Illinois, to house its corporate offices as well as the operational hub of its sister company, FreightHawk Xpress LLC.

USA Global Logistics and Freight Hawk Xpress combine to offer a complete logistics services inclusive of the movement of less than truckload, partial volume, and volume sized shipments.

The new building will also handle warehouse consolidation/distribution business currently being handled by the companies.

The building consists of 51,200 square feet and a current buildout of new office space is being completed.

CEO James S. Gineris stated "The combining of our companies' operations duplicates the highly successful structuring and achievements of our Ontario, California facility. Therefore, we expect the same results here in the Midwest."

The Bloomingdale Operation for both companies will be overseen by the President of USA Global Logistics and FreightHawk Xpress, Jim Beres.

Besides the Bloomingdale, Illinois, and the Ontario, California facilities, USA Global Logistics operates a distribution network in New Jersey, Florida, South Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, and soon will be opening in Georgia.

USA Global Logistics was represented by Michael Berkowitz of Entre Commercial Realty.

The landlord was represented by Britt Casey of Cushman Wakefield.
