Sevan acquires U.K.-based Wyeth

DOWNERS GROVE - Sevan Multi-Site Solutions Inc. has acquired Wyeth Projects Services Ltd., a project management services organization in the United Kingdom with clients in the petroleum, retail and quick-service restaurant industries.

Downers Grove-based Sevan does similar work, providing building design, program management, construction services and data analytics for companies.

"Additionally, working alongside Wyeth will further expand the trust of key international clients and accelerate our growth."

Wyeth, with more than 20 employees, was founded in 2009 by Barry Wyeth, who sees this acquisition as an opportunity to expand into new markets and sectors, the companies said.
