Medline introduces Curad SoothePlus

NORTHFIELD - Curad, a bandage company owned by Medline, is launching SoothePlus, which features Arm & Hammer baking soda for an extra level of care. These wound care products cover large, troublesome and difficult to bandage wounds while helping the dressings stay clean and fresh.

"First aid can be confusing. But before you grab and go from the wall of options, remember that all bandages are not the same," says Martie Moore, chief nursing officer at Curad and adviser to the American Nurses Foundation of the American Nurses Association. "Baking soda is naturally known to soothe minor irritations, and is an option to consider to neutralize and relieve stings, and provide relief," Moore said.

SoothePlus is available at Meijer and will soon be offered elsewhere.
