CORe 360 software offers municipalities with enhanced visibility and revenue streams

One of the biggest challenges municipalities face today is access to information across departments. The innovative design of CORe360 from MSI (Municipal Systems Inc.) makes information, status, and financial transactions visible from department to department, allowing teams to work effectively and efficiently. CORe360 modules are available now. Intradepartment visibility will launch in 2018.

Schedule of Current Modules Incorporation into CORe360

• Available Now CORe360 Property Management

• 1st quarter 2018 Business Licensing

• 2018 Parking, LO, and Building Code ticketing

• 12-18 Months Village sticker and Alarm Management

MSI in Palos Heights is a leader in developing quality, industry-leading software providing municipalities with the ability to increase productivity, save time, and reduce costs.

CORe360 will make information viewable by multiple departments simultaneously, allowing revenue to be collected faster, with less time and effort. CORe360 will give municipalities a comprehensive snapshot of resident, property and vehicle transactions, and the tools to better serve communities. "MSI is focused on building integrated software solutions for municipalities and counties," says MSI President and CEO Matt Regan.

"With one simple search, municipalities will have visibility to amounts owed for parking, local ordinance and building code violations, permits, vehicle sticker and registration fees - all items that in the past were only visible to their respective departments. Our knowledgeable and professional implementation staff guides employees through the training and go-live steps and provides ongoing support."

CORe360 assists municipalities in property management, and subsequent phases will incorporate all existing MSI software modules under the CORe360 umbrella for seamless integration and visibility across departments. Modules of CORe360 will comprise all of MSI's current software offerings for Building and Police Departments, including:

• Parking and Compliance violations and adjudication software

• Local Ordinance violations and adjudication software

• Building Code violations and adjudication software

• Alarm Management software

• Vehicle sticker and Animal tag software

Each of these modules is available as stand-alone software today and will soon be incorporated into CORe360. Municipalities wouldn't need to license every module, only what they need, however the benefits of having more modules does provide better information sharing and visibility.

"We've been working with municipalities for quite some time developing CORe360. Customers are using these modules successfully today but they don't have visibility across departments." says Dan McDonald, MSI Sales Director. "Anyone using this software will be able to see if someone owes money to another department. For example, municipalities will be able to see money owed on a parking ticket when a resident is attempting to pay for a building permit or vehicle sticker." The demand for CORe360 and this unique benefit is unprecedented."
