Fairfield hotels in Naperville and St. Charles sold

CBRE said it has arranged the sale of two Fairfield Inn & Suites with a combined 197 rooms in Naperville and St. Charles.

The sale included the 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville, located at 1820 Arbiter Court in Naperville, and, the 92-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago St. Charles, located at 2096 Bricher Road in St. Charles.

CBRE Hotels' Nate Sahn, executive vice president, and John Karver, senior vice president, represented the owners, Naperville Inn Inc. and St. Charles Inn Inc., in the sale to Naperville Hotel Owners LLC and St. Charles Hotel Partners II LLC.

The Naperville hotel is located along I-88 and is minutes from downtown Naperville. The St. Charles location is minutes to downtown Geneva and St. Charles and across the street from the Geneva Commons Shopping Center, offering numerous dining and shopping options.

Both hotels include amenities such as an indoor pool, a fitness center and boardrooms.

This represents the ninth hotel transaction in the Chicago-area this year for CBRE Hotels, which has included such sales as the Hilton Garden Inn Tinley Park.
