New executive directors at Beacon Hill, Oak Trace

Beacon Hill senior living community in Lombard has named Bridgette Walshe executive director, and Blaire Goldstein, who was previously executive director, will be the new executive director at Oak Trace, a sister community in Downers Grove.

Walshe is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the community, which features 360 maintenance-free residential living apartment homes, and a variety of services and amenities for its more than 500 residents.

Walshe comes to Beacon Hill with more than 15 years of leadership experience in senior living and health care. She most recently served as executive director at a Dallas-area senior living community, where she oversaw operations and marketing. Prior to that, she held director and administrative roles at several other retirement communities throughout Texas, where she provided award-winning health care services.

Goldstein will oversee the current $150 million redevelopment and expansion of the community which currently features 247 residential living apartment homes and a variety of services and amenities.

“We look forward to having Blaire's leadership at Oak Trace as the community undergoes a significant expansion and redevelopment project,” said Amy LaCroix, regional operations director at Lifespace Communities, the parent company of Oak Trace and Beacon Hill.
