Service-based businesses expand

Brown Commercial Group, based in Elk Grove Village, completed two leases and one sale totaling 40,366 square feet in the suburbs. All three transactions represented expansions for their respective companies.

In the first transaction, Brown Commercial Group Senior Vice President Trinity Scurto and Sales Associate Daly Guzaldo represented Precision Mobile Wheel Repair in its lease of 20,366 square feet at 2105 Johns Court in Glenview. The lease is a second location for the company and an expansion into a new suburb.

Brown Commercial Group Sales Associate Brian Lindgren represented both the tenant, Gosser Mobile Truck Repair, and the building owners, Daniel and Charene Nagel, in a 10,400-square-foot lease on an acre of land at 620 Heartland Drive in Sugar Grove. The company expanded from a nearby location.

Lindgren also represented import/export business Hyperion Creek LLC in expanding from its home office into a 9,600-square-foot space at 1870 Dean Street in St. Charles. Hyperion Creek bought the building from CJM Properties Inc., and the seller will lease back one of the building's two units for a short term.

"Service-based businesses continue to expand into industrial spaces throughout the Chicago area," said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. "By looking at their long-term needs, we were able to find the right spaces that allow for continued growth."
