Principle completes improvements for BITS, Inc.

ROSEMONT - Principle Construction Corp. recently completed a 39,700 square foot tenant improvement for Business IT Source, Inc (BITS, Inc.) at 850 Asbury Drive, Unit B, in Buffalo Grove.

The project brings all of BITS, Inc.'s operations under one roof, allowing the company to better store and distribute its orders.

The tenant improvement included 32,360 square feet of warehouse space and 7,340 square feet of office space on 11.82 acres. Principle improved the six dock doors and two drive-in doors, as well as 49 parking spaces. The building has 32-foot clear height ceilings. The Principle team installed six new HVAC unit s and two new exhaust fans to accommodate the improved office space and warehouse. They also installed LED lighting and a light hazard system in the office.

Principle's Matthew Cotherman acted as the Project Manager for the improvements, while Principle's Dennis Crawford was the on-site Superintendent. Harris Architects provided design services.
