McHenry building sold

Entre Commercial Realty LLC brokered the sale of a 65,000-square-foot office building at 1391 Corporate Drive in McHenry to Papazyan Capital Group.

The building was previously acquired in late 2017 by an Entre investment client and Entre helped to reposition the asset by highlighting various smaller unit sizes and space configurations coupled with an aggressive pricing structure. The property was recently sold to Papazyan Capital Group which plans to utilize a portion of the building for its' own use while also subdividing and leasing out units as small as 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. The property could also be leased to a full floor or larger users as well. New tenants can benefit from quality, furnished office space at economical rates.

Entre's Mike DeSerto and Dan Jones represented ownership in the sale and Entre has also been retained to continue handling the leasing and management of the asset.
