North Wells Capital names Lindsay asset management principal

North Wells Capital, the investment management affiliate of Urban Innovations Ltd., announced Tony Lindsay has been named principal of asset management.

Previously, Lindsay served as vice president of construction for Urban Innovations. In his new role, Lindsay oversees the execution of the investment strategy for North Wells Capital.

Lindsay joined UI in 2003 as a senior project manager and was named vice president of construction in 2016. In that role he was responsible for tenant improvement, capital improvement and general construction services for all UI Construction Services customers. He is a graduate of Purdue University's Construction Management program within the School of Technology.
