New industrial building in Wheeling completed

WHEELING - The Missner Group and Timber Hill Group have completed the construction of an industrial building at 1075 Chaddick Drive in Wheeling. Chaddick Industrial Center has leased 64 percent of the space to a single tenant during the construction phase of the project. A nondivisible space in the building of 31,000 square feet remains unfilled. The 84,000 square foot facility is eligible for Cook County's Class 6B tax incentive status and features precast and glass elevations, ESFR fire safety system, 30-foot ceiling clear heights, ten exterior loading docks, drive-in doors, and 99 parking stalls Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz, and Eric Fischer of Cushman and Wakefield represent ownership. The Missner Group, based in Des Plaines, served as the general contractor for the development. The construction team included Ron Cinkus as senior project manager, Angelo Christopher as general superintendent, and Mike Sneddon as project superintendent.
