DuPage Foundation gala raises $435,000
DOWNERS GROVE - The DuPage Foundation's Imagination Ball recently raised more than $435,000 for foundation operations and programs aimed at raising the quality of life throughout DuPage County.
Held recently at The Westin at Yorktown Center in Lombard, the annual gala was attended by more than 250 people.
The Foundation secured $77,000 in commitments toward its NGI Community Innovation Matching Grant Challenge and Paddle Raise that will benefit our Next Generation Initiative and three grantees: Little Friends, NAMI DuPage, and Teen Parent Connection. Those organizations each received grants of $12,500 to further their innovative work on behalf of our community.
