Graycor Construction opens Boston office

OAKBROOK TERRACE - Graycor Construction Co. is opening a new office in Boston to provide construction services for projects throughout the Northeast.

The new office is located at The District Burlington, 1500 District Ave, Burlington MA 01803. Graycor also maintains offices in Chicago; San Jose and Bakersfield, Calif.; Charlotte, N.C.; Phoenix, Ariz.; and Atlanta, Ga.

The Boston office provides a base of operations to support Graycor's existing and growing number of retail and entertainment projects where the company is engaged in excess of $60 million worth of preconstruction and construction activity in the Northeast in this past year.

"Graycor's strategic expansion into Boston is aligned with our clients' ongoing investments in their shopping center properties in the Northeast region, particularly the Boston metropolitan area is looking to shopping center owners and theatre operators to bring exceptional experiences in the retail and entertainment environment to their communities," said Tim Hanifin, Vice President and General Manager of Graycor Construction Company, who will also be managing the Boston office.
