Calamos adds Wano, Keating to firm

Naperville-based wealth advisory firm Calamos Wealth Management recently added Kristi Wano joined as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Edward Keating as a Senior Wealth Advisor.

Wano was previously a director and Private Wealth Advisor with BMO Private Bank, where she managed client relationships totaling more than $400 million. Prior to BMO, Wano held vice president positions in private banking with J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Fifth Third Bank. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1986. Wano serves as a board member of the local chapter of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).

Keating, CFA, worked with Wano at BMO Private Bank, managing 120 client relationships. Keating served as director and senior portfolio manager for 19 years. His prior experience includes trust and investment roles at various institutions, including Merchants Bank. Keating began his career as an investments analyst after graduating from the University of Illinois with concentrations in Economics and Finance in 1983. He earned the CFA designation in 1990. He is a member and former president and director of both the DeKalb County Estate Planning Council and Fox Valley Estate Planning Council.
