The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and the village of Barrington recently gathered for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Christi's Sweet Café, 121A Barrington Commons Court in Barrington. Christi's Sweet Café is an artisan pastry shop featuring French/American pastries and desserts. Special occasion cakes are also available by pre-order.
The Batavia Chamber helped celebrate new chamber member Black Cactus Print House with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Chamber members joined owner Andrew Heppner and his staff, including Brennon Koedding and Andres Alvarez. Mayor Jeffery Schielke conducted the ceremony with chamber President Holly Deitchman. Black Cactus is a custom screen printers.
