Fox Valley Family Physicians join Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group

WINFIELD - Fox Valley Family Physicians announced it has joined Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group.

With six physicians and locations at 2425 Fargo Blvd. in Geneva and 905 N. 1st St. in Elburn, the group will help Northwestern Medicine expand patient access in Kane County.

Fox Valley Family Physicians has six board-certified family medicine physicians and a staff of 25. The physicians on staff at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital include Peter D. Cladis, MD; Katherine G. Fackler-Chapman, MD; Michael J. Fremgen, MD; Thomas R. Hazel, MD; Anthony S. Leazzo, DO; and Joseph M. Neubauer, MD.

With close to 90 offices throughout DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and DeKalb counties, Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group provides comprehensive primary and specialty care services,
