Forbes names Empire Today a top midsize employer

NORTHLAKE- Empire Today has been listed as one of America's Best Mid-size Employers by Forbes.

The news comes after the carpet, flooring and window treatments company reached 3 million satisfied customers earlier this year. Empire was ranked 346th nationwide and 22nd in the state of Illinois, where it's headquartered.

The 2018 Forbes list of America's Best Mid-size Employers was created in partnership between Forbes staff and the market research company Statista. To create the list, Statista surveyed 30,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Employers that received the most recommendations made the final list of the 500 large and 500 mid-size best employers of 2018.
