Hyatt Regency Deerfield undergoes multi-million dollar renovation

DEERFIELD - Hyatt Regency Deerfield is undergoing a full-scale, multimillion dollar renovation.

The renovation includes a complete revamp of guest rooms and suites, refreshed meeting spaces and updated common areas including the lobby, guest room hallways and Jaxx Bistro and Jaxx Lounge, the hotel's signature restaurant and bar.

The first phase of construction includes a $14 million renovation of guest rooms and will be completed on April 18.

All 300 guest rooms and suites will receive a full restoration and upgrade, including new entertainment centers with 65" Smart TV's, built-in custom closets, desks, and sleeper sofas. Each room will be equipped with a custom, built-in component serving as a luggage rack or additional seating and storage. The bathrooms will receive floor-to-ceiling makeovers, with notable amenities including a walk-in shower and custom vanity.

The hotel's new look will feature a combination of textures and reflective, natural materials in a palette of gray tones, accompanied by splashes of color. The color and textual elements are incorporated throughout the hotel's common areas and 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space to create a cohesive sensory experience throughout the hotel.
