Cawley assists in lease of Des Plaines space
DES PLAINES - The Cawley Chicago O'Hare industrial team recently assisted Jervis B. Webb Co. in securing a new lease at 2050 S. Mount Prospect Road in Des Plaines.
Terms of the lease were not announced.
Principal Andrew Maletich, Vice President Matt Garland and Associate Dustin Albers of Oakbrook Terrace-based Cawley Chicago Real Estate assisted in the transaction.
"The tenant was looking for space specifically on the North side of the airport because they are working on a project for American Airlines and they needed quick access to the airport," said Maletich.
The property consists of 22,813 square feet of industrial space within a multi-tenant building owned by Sheares Logistics Assets LLC.
