Cwynar joins EEI as senior project manager

Engineering Enterprises announced Joe Cwynar has joined EEI as a senior project manager and will be overseeing our Transportation Group.

He will be responsible for maintaining and developing new business opportunities in the transportation-related sector.

Cwynar has over 23 years of experience in managing, designing and planning various civil engineering projects for agencies such as the Illinois Tollway, Illinois Department of Transportation, the Lake County Division of Transportation, City of Naperville, Chicago Department of Transportation and others. He currently sits on the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois (ACEC-IL) Tollway Committee and is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) - Lake Branch.

He is a licensed professional engineer (civil) in Illinois and Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
