Principle completes Celerity Pharmaceuticals build-out

ROSEMONT - Principle Construction Corp. recently completed a 6,000 square foot office build-out for Celerity Pharmaceuticals at 9450 Bryn Mawr Ave., Suite 200 in Rosemont.

Principle's offices are located in the same building.

Celerity Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a member of the Capstone Development Services family, supports pharmaceutical drug product development and recently combined offices at Columbia Center 2 to its new suite on the second floor. The new space gives the firm an opportunity to update its workspaces and allow for continued growth.

Principle's Ernest Spina was the senior project manager and alongside was Carlie Wallin and Bradley Rostron as assistant project managers. JDJ Architects provided design services for the project. The project began and was completed in less than three months.

"This expansion was a great way for our team to show off our talents within our own building," says principle Co-owner Mark E. Augustyn, who served as principal on the project.
