Principle breaks ground on new office/warehouse project

LIBERTYVILLE - Principle Construction Corp. recently broke ground on a new, 126,611 square foot warehouse and office building for Pharma Logistics, Ltd. at 1801 N. Butterfield Road, Lot #2, in Libertyville.

The build-to-suit will include eight docks, one drive-in door, 188 parking spaces, and 30-foot clear height ceilings. The building will be equipped with two RTUs for the warehouse and five RTUs for the office, 1600-amp service, and high bay LED light fixtures.

The company is expanding from its current locations in Mundelein and Libertyville.

"Principle has a great track record of building office and warehouse flex spaces, and we're looking forward to working with them on this project," said Michael Zaccaro, C.E.O./President at Pharma Logistics Ltd. "This new state-of-the-art building will allow us to expand our growing business and support the needs of our current and future customers."

Rosemont-based Principle's Jim Brucato is acting as principal on the project, Ernest Spina is the project manager, and Principle's Mark Frane is acting as the superintendent. Harris Architects provided design services for the project.
