Hackendahl joins Entre Commercial Realty

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Entre Commercial Realty announced Mark Hackendahl has joined the team as an associate.

Hackendahl brings four years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a landlord rep and property manager of 1.5 million square feet.

As an associate member at Entre, Hackendahl will focus on business development, project management and the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Lake, DuPage, and northwest Cook counties.

In his previous role as managing broker for Nordic Properties, he was able to raise the occupancy of the portfolio from 90% to 98%. Mark signed $2 million worth of new leases during his time at Nordic and maintained a high level of customer service for approximately 200 tenants located throughout O'Hare region and Lake and DuPage counties.

Prior to working in real estate, he worked for the Milwaukee Visitors and Convention Bureau where he focused on convention sales and business development.
