Superior Overnight Services buys Bartlett property

BARTLETT - Brown Commercial Group recently negotiated a 30,227-square-foot industrial building sale at 31w222 W. Bartlett Rd. in Bartlett.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

The buyer, Superior Overnight Services, is expanding its business in the new location. The building was used as manufacturing facility for over 40 years and will undergo extensive renovation to better suit the purchasers' needs.

The site also includes five acres of land.

Senior Broker Jim Pietrarosso of Elk Grove Village-based Bown Commercial Group represented Foderaro Investment Partnership Corp. in selling the building. Rick Daly and Todd Hendricks of Darwin Realty represented the buyer.

"This property offered the buyer a unique opportunity to secure additional land for truck parking and for future expansion," Pietrarosso said. "In today's tight industrial market, buyers are attracted to these types of properties that can accommodate future growth."
