Baxter & Woodman names O'Dell Mokena region manager

Baxter & Woodman in Crystal Lake announced Sean O'Dell, P.E. has been appointed Mokena region manager for the firm.

O'Dell will be responsible for leading business development efforts throughout Chicago's southwest suburbs. He joined Baxter & Woodman in 2002 and has held the positions of design engineer, project manager, client manager, group leader, and water group vice president.

Throughout his career, O'Dell has served in both managerial and technical roles related to public works infrastructure projects. He has held numerous roles in the American Public Works Association (APWA) including southwest branch president and chicago metro chapter president, and most recently was elected to serve as region v director on the APWA National Board of Directors.

O'Dell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
