CCRE negotiates three Chicago office leases

PALATINE -Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate recently completed three office leases totaling 12,775 square feet within the city of Chicago.

Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate represented new tenant MD Live in securing a 7 year lease of 7,554 square feet of class A office space at 500 W. Madison St. Chicago. MD Live is a telemedicine provider that provides patients, health plans, health systems and self-insured employers with access to board-certified doctors, pediatricians and licensed therapists. Consultations are performed via online video, phone or mobile app.

Chicagoland Commercial President Randy Olczyk represented tenant MD Live in the lease transaction. Matt Lerner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the recently signed lease.

Senior Vice President Ray Okigawa represented Japan America Society of Chicago Inc. in a 5 year lease renewal of 1,952 square feet at One North LaSalle in Chicago. The landlord was represented by Melissa Rubenstein of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

Olczyk & Okigawa also represented Spartan Logistics Services LLC in a new 5 year lease of 3,294 square feet of office space at 314 W. Institute Place in Chicago's River North area. Spartan Logistics Services was created in 2013 as the in-house transportation provider for a Chicago-based food distributor. They have expanded into a full-service third-party logistics company providing transportation solutions throughout the United States and Canada.

Justin Kessler & Craig Nadborne of Bradford Allen Realty Services represented the landlord in the transaction.
